Nancy came highly recommended from a close friend. Don’t have enough good things to say about Nancy. She did her homework for my area and made every effort to answer my wife and I when we had questions or concerns. I don’t believe we would have sold our house as quick without her. Nancy is a joy to deal with. She has a true connection with her clients. Smooth as silk. Everything Nancy was involved with went better than expected. Nancy was always there to help and if I couldn’t get hold of her and left a message I would get a call back in a very short amount of time. She may not live in my area of Long Island but she took the time to research it and came up with a game plan that worked very well

My husband and I used Nancy for both selling of our co op and buying our house. She was extremely knowledgeable and aware of the “rules” of the co op. We then bought our house during the stressful and uncertain time of COVID. Nancy was always aware of the guidelines at the time and was always up to date on the protocol during COVID. She did an excellent job in guiding us through the process of buying the house in general and gave professional opinions on appropriate offers. Nancy was extremely professional at all times. She was accessible and answered my texts and calls immediately or within just a few minutes. She was always polite even during the most stressful of times.

Nancy Mangieri is a true professional. We live out of state, and so Nancy's assistance was invaluable--continually updating/advising us, and assisting with all details---to first realistically price the house, put it on the market, organize and be present at the open house, and then advising us on all bureaucratic/ final details to get to the closing. She knows the area well, having lived there for many years. Her contacts were an additional resource for us, and helped move the house "to sold" quickly.
